I am and have always been a  "foodie". The passion I have for food dates back to my early childhood days of watching, PBS cooking shows.  I am always trying new restaurants and have an emerging sense of need to share my food with the world! I have planned many events over the years doing everything from decorum shopping, set up, custom snacks, and food preparation! 

I also have a valid food handler's permit, for the state of Texas!

I attempt to make the majority of my food from scratch and what is not made from scratch, is picked with utmost review for quality, wholeness and freshness. My specialties are charcuterie, grazing boards, and personalized meals for small and large events.
