Set up a detailed schedule for your rehearsal, wedding, and reception.
Discuss with the officiant, the order of events for the ceremony and that the marriage license is present.
Be in charge of the layout of the rooms--this includes directing vendors, catering and audio/visual staff to their appropriate areas of service.
Confirm wedding dress, suit and accessories are present and accounted for.
The Ceremony, which includes directing guests to specified seating, confirming the wedding playlist is in order with audio/visual team, ensuring the reception schedule goes as planned, ensuring the departure transportation is ready on schedule and ensuring the clean up tasks are delegated and completed.

1-2 Event Coordinator on-site for event rehearsal (maximum of one hour or can have one additional hour on-site day-of)
2 one-hour long consultations prior to event date
